Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Redline HQ, Inc. (“Redline HQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on consultingplaybook.io(the “Service”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Introduction
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage (data stored by your browser to keep you signed in or remember settings) and pixels or web beacons (small transparent images or scripts used to record certain interactions). In this policy, we refer to all of these collectively as “cookies.” This policy exists so you understand exactly which cookies the Service uses, why, and how to control them.
Cookies and Storage We Use
The table below describes the cookies and browser storage set when you use the Service. Because our authentication is powered by Supabase, some entries are technically set by Supabase as a first-party service on our behalf. Stripe items are only set if you go through checkout.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Supabase (first-party) | Keeps you signed in and secures your session. | Strictly necessary | Persistent (local storage; cleared on sign-out) |
| sb-refresh-token | Supabase (first-party) | Refreshes your access token so you don’t have to sign in again on every visit. | Strictly necessary | Persistent (cleared on sign-out) |
| playbook-preferences | Playbook (first-party) | Remembers non-sensitive UI preferences such as sidebar state and theme choice. | Strictly necessary (preference) | Persistent (local storage) |
| playbook-cookie-consent | Playbook (first-party) | Records your acknowledgement of the cookie notice so it isn’t shown repeatedly. | Strictly necessary | Persistent (up to 12 months) |
| __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid, m | Stripe (third-party) | Fraud prevention and session integrity during checkout only. | Strictly necessary (payment) | Session and up to 1 year |
Categories of Cookies
Strictly Necessary
The cookies and storage listed above are strictly necessary to deliver the Service you request. They keep you signed in, secure your session, remember basic preferences, and protect payment integrity. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the Service from working — for example, you will not be able to sign in or complete a purchase.
Analytics
None. We do not use analytics cookies or tracking tools. We do not deploy Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or any similar analytics or product-analytics SDK on the Service.
Advertising
None. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, cross-site tracking, or any technology used to build advertising profiles. We do not sell any cookie data.
Third-Party Cookies
Stripe sets cookies during checkout to prevent fraud and preserve session integrity while a payment is being processed. Stripe cookies are governed by Stripe’s own policies; see the Stripe Cookie Policy for details. Aside from Stripe during checkout and Supabase for authentication, the Service does not embed third-party cookies.
How to Control Cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and checkout.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies (or Cookies and other site data).
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data. On iOS, Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not use analytics or advertising cookies, there are no tracking practices to disable in response to a browser signal. If your browser sends a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out of any non-essential processing that would otherwise be based on your consent. Strictly necessary cookies remain in place because the Service cannot function without them.
Changes and Contact
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Questions? Email hello@consultingplaybook.io.
